• A 25% non- refundable deposit is required to hold horses.
• First month of board is free. After the first month a small boarding fee will need to be paid of $50.00
• For out of country buyers- coggins and import papers are your expense, unless otherwise discussed and determined.
• Signed contracts required for those doing payment plans, and horses must be paid in full before leaving the farm.
  
• All mares in foal are LFG unless otherwise stated.
